Compliance
Every requirement where it belongs, and nowhere twice
A business park is a business, its sites, the buildings on them, the floors and the units. Tap Comply holds that whole tree and lets a requirement live at the level that owns it — so what covers a building covers every office inside it, and each office sees exactly what it inherits and what is its own.

What it does
In practice
Set-up questions, not a blank form
Add a building and answer a few questions — a lift, a gas supply, a sprinkler system, food on the premises. Tap Comply suggests the requirements that follow, from a rule set you can see. You accept, adjust or decline each one, and the decision is recorded.
Inherited coverage
Buildings insurance at the estate covers everything beneath it. A fire risk assessment at the building covers each office. Nothing is copied downwards; each unit shows what covers it and from where.
Evidence with an expiry
Upload the certificate, record the issue date and the expiry, and the status follows the calendar: compliant, due soon, overdue, expired. A superseded certificate keeps its history.
Weekly tests that rotate
Five fire call points, one test a week, a different point each time. Tap Comply tells you which point is next, records the result, and turns a failure into an issue with a retest to follow.
Issues and remedial actions
A failed check opens an issue with a severity and an owner. It stays visible on the dashboard until it is resolved, and the resolution is recorded against it.
Reminders and escalation
Ahead of every due date the right people are told — in the app and by email — and if nothing happens the reminder escalates. Who gets what is a setting, not a code change.
