Reporting
Every business on one dashboard, and the pack an insurer asks for
Tap Comply's customer account holds every business you manage. The dashboard reads across all of them; each report can be run for one or all; and a property's whole compliance position can be sent out as a PDF pack for the audience that needs it.

What it does
In practice
The dashboard
Compliance score, what needs attention first, what is due this month, leases ending, offers out, failed tests — across every business or filtered to one.
Ten reports, exported as CSV
Overdue compliance, inspections open or failed, documents expiring, leases ending, key dates, tenants, occupancy and more. The page and the CSV are the same rows, by the same query.
The property compliance pack
One property and everything within it — each requirement, its last check and its evidence — as a PDF for an insurer, auditor, managing agent, purchaser or landlord, each with the sections that audience needs.
Global search
A property name, a tenant, a certificate number, a lease reference: one box finds it, and only what you are allowed to see.
An audit trail you can't rewrite
Every change is recorded with who, when, what, and the before and after. The record is append-only and its daily digest is verified.
Roles with scoped access
A business manager sees their business and nothing else. A read-only user can look but not touch. Who may see money, sign for the landlord or approve compliance is a role setting, not a promise.
Who it's for
Built for the people who carry the paperwork
- Directors who want one honest number for the whole estate
- Managing agents reporting to several clients
- Anyone who has assembled a compliance pack for an insurer by hand
- Auditors and purchasers who need the evidence, not a summary
See it on a portfolio like yours.
