What counts as a property?
A property is any site, building or unit you track — as deep as the estate really goes. A business is a company you manage premises for. A user is anyone who can sign in to your account, including pending invitations.
Questions
No. Every plan starts with a free trial and you can look around without entering a card. When Tap Comply takes card details at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends.
We remind you a week, three days and a day before. If you haven't chosen a plan by then, the account is paused: nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan picks up where you left off.
Yes, from Settings at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next billing date.
Prices are shown ex VAT. VAT is added at the UK rate on the invoice.
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in; cancel and the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Annual plans run to the end of the year.
In the UK (AWS eu-west-2), with nightly backups kept for 30 days. Every customer's data is isolated at the database level.
Yes. A lease that is already in force can be recorded with its dates, parties and documents, and Tap Comply picks up its key dates from there.
No. Tap Comply runs the procedures and keeps the record; the decisions, and any advice, are yours and your solicitor's.
